Customers can now schedule, book, and pay for deliveries directly through our website — no more back-and-forth communication or manual requests.

Once completed, customers are redirected to a confirmation page so they know their order is successfully booked.
How Scheduled Delivery Works
Food Delivery Local now operates on a scheduled delivery system.
Customers select a delivery date, then choose from:
- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Early Evening
After that, they choose a specific delivery time slot that works best for them.
Important Timing Requirements
Orders must be placed at least 1 hour before the selected delivery window.
The food must also be ready at the very beginning of the selected time slot.
Example:
If you select 8:45 AM – 9:30 AM, your order must be placed by 7:45 AM, and the food must be ready at 8:45 AM.
Pickup, Delivery & Verification
Once your delivery is scheduled, our driver will pick up the order from the restaurant and deliver it to your home or office within your selected window.
Every delivery includes verification, either through a delivery photo or customer signature when available.
Delivery Confirmation & Follow-Up
After delivery is completed, customers receive an email confirmation.
This includes:
- Order details
- Delivery confirmation
- Photo (if no signature is available)
- Google review QR code
